[BUG] Sequence bugs out after 20 seconds

2. Describe the bug

Whenever a sequence is over 20 seconds, animations in the timeline get flakey.

4. Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the codesandbox and press play.
2. Use the slider to scrub back and froth across the first 15 seconds of the sequence.
3. Once the time gets over 20 seconds the animations across the entire timeline start to flake out. This includes scrubbing back to any previous point.
4. This behavior still occurs of all animations are removed from the first 20 seconds.

5. Expected behavior

The animations to continue to play just like the first 20 seconds.
