WDA - Web Driven Application

The Old Google PWA Standard based on the serviceWorker API enhanced with the ability to install and use Native 3th Party Software.

The WDA Standard results out of experiments and Projects like Open PWA and Stealify*

It Mainly Adopts the concepts of a urlScoped serviceWorker. And allows to trigger native files if the Process owner Grants access. It is based on the filesystem api and adds additional execution permissions.
