cli should list files + Script or Module + module resolution used for the file

why?

because when i create many tsconfig files and reference as also nest them some times the ide does not catch up even after cleanup and restart. There are edgecases to identify them the following step is needed

load the tsconfig.json
get all files in the whole project and referenced projects as the IDE would do it then print type Script or Module and Module kind as also used resolveMethod
