Currently, after the tag is created, the focus stays in the new tag:
It's common, when adding tags, that the user wants to add multiple tags. So, I suggest making the focus jump to the empty line, so it's possible to quickly create a new tag, right away:
Also, when the Edit node tags is opened, it currently opens with focus on the first tag:

I just noticed that this behavior is even dangerous. I opened the Edit node tags, in a node that already had tags, and started typing right away to add a new tag. Guess what happened: the current tag got erased.
