Frontity new theme package not rebuilding

I'm experiencing the same issue with this one.

Running npx frontity dev following the tutorial doesn't rebuild the site for changes.
Instead of detecting the changes in the "packages/my-theme-name/src/index.js"
it is actuallly listening for changes in the "node_modules/my-theme-name/src/index.js"

Do you have 2 node_module folder in your directory ?
