Improve Output Template importing

Goal

Create a .btpt file that minimizes the configuration steps for the final user. It must be easy to import but also to create.

Features

When importing a template:

• Allow the user to replace the base paths that may be contained inside the values of the components Eg. CSV_LOOKUP and RUN (Related to Add a way to set a BASE path when importing output templates containing CSV_* components #349)
• Show the Output template details: author, creation date, delivery #, etc.
• Apply other server settings inside the templates when a template is imported (eg. disable Keyboard emulation, enable Append to CSV, delete all output templates except the imported one, etc.) (contact support@officemaker.ch)

When a smartphone downloads the template:

• Allow applying the App settings stored inside the template (ask only once)
