Elasticsearch® module for PrestaShop that makes PrestaShop search and filter significantly faster.

Installation

• Elasticsearch® service installation

  • Elasticsearch® service installation and configuration can be found here.

• Module installation

  • Log in to your shop's back-office
  • Navigate to "Modules" tab
  • Click "Add a new module"
  • Upload module zip file
  • Click "Install" when "BRAD" appears in modules list

Configuration

Administrator

• Products indexation:

  • Reindex all products;
  • Reindex missing products;
  • See PrestaShop products count and how many of all products are indexed.

• Change module settings for search block:

  • Enable / Disable search block visibility;
  • Enable / Disable instant search;
  • Enable / Disable ajax search;
  • Set instant search results count;
  • Set minimum symbols count in search input from which search is started;
  • Set host of Elasticsearch® service.

• Change module settings for search filter:

  • Enable / Disable filter block;
  • Display / Hide filter values when no product is matching;
  • Show / Hide the number of matching products;
  • Show / Hide products from subcategories;
  • Set category filter depth;
  • Set ussage of tax to filter price.

• Change filter template design:

  • Create filter template;
  • Edit filter template;
  • Delete filter template;
  • Manage filter template settings:
    • Set template name;
    • Mark categories for which template will be used;
    • Mark shops for which template will be used;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for subcategories filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product stok filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product condition filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product manufacturer filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product price filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product dimensions filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product attributes filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product features filter;
    • Set visibility, style and limitation for product dimensions filter.

User

• Search for products typing their names into search input;
• See instant results list;
• Select product from search results list;
• See search results in search page;
• Manage view of search results (list / grid, pagination, sorting);
• Filter category products by chosen criteria;
