API 実行するだけでBackupが作れるところ
Backup StorageのCost しかかからないところ

ユースケース (optional)

更に欲しい機能 (optional)

できあがったBackupをBigQueryにLoadできると嬉しい
出力するSnapshotのTimeを外から指定できると、複数InsntaceのSpannerでBackupの時刻を合わせることができて嬉しい
