Display helpful messaging/links on some nextjs errors

Problem

Some nextjs errors feel like they aren't actionable because of a missing stacktrace or they're the react errors with a link.
When you google them you usually are taken to one of two places:

• The nextjs github issues where someone saw the error in sentry
• A helpful nextjs docs page (like the one for hydration errors)

Errors we should support

• chunkLoadError
• handleHardNavigation - Invariant: attempted to hard navigate to the same URL
• Socket Hang Up - [Error 500] "Socket Hang Up" Randomly Occurring on any Routes in Production Mode vercel/next.js#51605
• Hydration errors - docs they might choose to enable our inbound filter.
• Load failed - This might not be specific to nextjs
• staticGenerationBailout includes a link to nextjs docs
• Document/Window is not defined
• Module not found
