Op::Decorate gives target as just a word (number), and since ids are lost in SR, there's no way to figure out what the decoration belongs to.

As per the readme the SR is still under development (or rather: no-one seems to need/use it anymore, development has stalled), feel free to submit a PR to get the info you need.

Unfortunate to hear that development has stalled. Is the DR still being actively maintained?

The DR is maintained as much as its users (ie. rust-gpu) need new/changed features; in that sense this repo is in "maintenance mode" rather than active development.
