NodeJS Release 10 is out of maintenance as of 2021-04-30. Recommend requiring at least Release 12, and desupporting Release 10. This includes removing validation of builds against Release 10.
It might also make sense to add support for newer versions, but this seems like a separate consideration from this proposal.
