Add support for a packing tool such as fpm or packagecore to build for various Linux distros. This should include:

Evaluate the best tool and pick one
Generate whatever scripts/configs are needed
Build and publish packages to GitHub as part of Travis tests
Documentation for how to your own package if desired
Write a man page, include that in the packages
