Several operations have documentation url links that point to non-existing fragments that include "apiname" instead of "github".

The operation ids where I see this are:

• meta/get
• repos/get-pages
• repos/create-pages-site
• repos/update-information-about-pages-site
• repos/delete-pages-site
• repos/list-pages-builds
• repos/request-pages-build
• repos/get-pages-build

@WillAbides thanks for reporting this. I think this was just a placeholder that isn't being converted properly - shouldn't be too hard to fix.
