Has troubles visualizing large repos or repos with many directories #63

With large repos not only does the graph hang and slow down, but the visualization itself only shows folders as the files are too small to render. It's largely a bunch of grey circles.

If there was a way to whitelist paths vs blacklisting that may make is somewhat better?
