Since the js ignores dtend, it has no way of knowing when an event spans
more than one day. Is there any way to modify the script to (a) get dtend
and (b)put the event on all days between dtstart and dtend?

I'm not actively using js-hcalendar these days, so I'm not going to be able to 
fix
this myself, but I'd be happy to apply a patch to do so!
