If the waiver isn't checked when the volunteers checks in, email the admin.

If no waiver:

ATTENTION: <volunteer name> has not signed the waiver.

When no photo release:

<volunteer name> has not agreed to the photo release.

I've had success with the Mailgun addon. For this to remain free, the sender domain will have to be a mailgun domain, iirc. Just a minor ux thing to consider.

Should we just not allow them to check in until the waivers are signed?
