there isn't " --no-sound-null-safety " flag for hover run #596

I use some flutter plugins that hasnt been established in nullsafety yet. so, normally, I run the flutter program using " flutter run --no-sound-null-safety " but there isn;t any flag for " --no-sound-null-safety " in hover. Maybe i am lacking info, can you clear me up please?

I once implemented it, but flutter build bundle didn't support it back then. I think it has changed by now. I'll make a PR for it soon.
