Making the prev/next styles more informative... #25

This applies to phone/tablet more than desktop because the next/prev links show the default title text on hover, but I wonder if it would be easier for users to see the next/prev pages/functions if the full page title is shown rather than just left and right angle brackets. I guess the same could be said for desktop, but the full list of functions is clearly shown on the left....
