Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

Yes, it is a new setting in v0.123.3

The new setting to set if list titles should be capitalised got the first character uppercase. All other settings have it lowercase.

When you use the setting the case seems not to matter so this is a very minor issue. Ii just look a bit of as seen in the code below.
