Epic: Replace identified yapapi bits to use golem-core

After #1096 , we know which bits of yapapi should be refactored to use golem-core, this is the time to actually refactor them.

Todo:

• Remove/replace identified bits to use golem-core instead of yapapi implementation
  • Refer to Identify yapapi bits that should be replaced by golem-core usage #1096 for identified bits
  • Not used yapapi code should be removed
