Samsung S23 fails validation

Environment information:

• AGI version: 2023-3.3.0
• Host OS: Windows 11 Pro
  If tracing on Android:
• Device model: Samsung S23
• Android Version: 13

Bug description
When capturing a new trace, AGI fails validation. With this error:
Internal Error: com.google.gapid.server.Client$InternalServerErrorException: Error when starting Perfetto trace. Cause: Please unlock your device screen: AGI can automatically unlock the screen only when no PIN/password/pattern is needed

The screen is not locked.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Unlock phone
2. Connect to USB
3. Run AGI
4. Click Capture Frame Profiler trace
5. Wait for the Validation to fail.
