docs(samples): add people samples for get & create contacts

This is awesome! Thank you so much for the sample. At a glance, it looks like you may need to run npm run fix to run the formatter, then this should be good to go.

We found a Contributor License Agreement for you (the sender of this pull request), but were unable to find agreements for all the commit author(s) or Co-authors. If you authored these, maybe you used a different email address in the git commits than was used to sign the CLA (login here to double check)? If these were authored by someone else, then they will need to sign a CLA as well, and confirm that they're okay with these being contributed to Google.

Let me know if I need to make any other changes @JustinBeckwith :D I made the formatting change in a new environment without an authorized github account, so I had to force delete the commit bc it was asking for an additional cla, then recommit on my normal environment w/ my profile.

Not sure if that affects the tests at all.
