FBLPromises.xcframework missing mac_catalyst support

I am working to upgrade our firebase dependencies for their PrivacyManfiest.

After upgrading Firebase to version 10.22.0, Carthage is now failing to build all the frameworks due to the following error:

Failed to read file or folder at ../Carthage/Build/FBLPromises.xcframework/ios-arm64_x86_64-maccatalyst/FBLPromises.framework/FBLPromises

It looks like at one point there was a mac catalyst specific framework.

Hi @trevor-holliday-instacart, did you get the FBLPromises.xcframework from the Firebase carthage distribution? If so, could you please open this issue in the firebase-ios-sdk repo (template)?
