Let's take a look at this commit (https://github.com/googleapis/googleapis-gen/commit/e9faa30edb185d2f22ae83e4eb95414f42194eb7) and search for projects/*/locations/*/tuningJobs/*/operations.
This URI is found 145 times and is added to 29 files in that commit. The URIs are added to completely unrelated services.
