feat(displayvideo): update the api
#### displayvideo:v2

The following keys were deleted:
- resources.advertisers.resources.lineItems.methods.bulkUpdate.parameters.advertisersId (Total Keys: 3)

The following keys were added:
- resources.advertisers.resources.lineItems.methods.bulkUpdate.parameters.advertiserId (Total Keys: 5)
- schemas.AssignedTargetingOption.properties.assignedTargetingOptionIdAlias (Total Keys: 2)

The following keys were changed:
