Description

Due to the latest changes upon the deployed API (https://github.com/gothinkster/realworld/issues/708), limitations have been added.

As people might not discover demo.realworld.io from GitHub, we need a way to warn them about limitations.

Describe the solution you'd like

A dismissable banner with a summary of the limitations should be added on demo.realworld.io

I'm interested in adding a banner to the top of the site.

Hey @tyler-morales,

I don't have access to the currently deployed site, so I'm working on a new one.
The banner will have to be added to this new website.

I plan to complete and open-source it in early November.
If it's okay with you, I'll assign you this task.
Then I'll let you know when the app will be ready for the contribution to be done.
