[DOC] Update the SDKs and supported profile types table to make info easier to find

We've had several requests and questions about which profile types are supported for which SDKs and what are the required configuration options used for each capability.

Currently, the list of available profile types is on the Understand profiling types and their uses in Pyroscope.

The Available profiling types table should be moved to the Configure the client section, either as a new page or an entirely new folder with subtopics.

This new page should have three tables on it:

• Auto instrumentation via Grafana Agent/Alloy
• SDK instrumentation
• Span profiles

Each table lists the matrix of supported profile types and the required configuration options. Each option links to the required documentation.
