Need to generate updated TypeScript docs for PaperMC versions past 1.16 #15

The type definition for obMaterial object is missing the new 1.17 blocks, like Copper, Deepslate, Amethyst, and so forth.

after taking a look at the javadocs for paper, it seems i will have to re-write the generator program. then i can generate the 1.17 typings
