Disable index file generation

Hey, awesome tool btw!

Is it possible to disable the automatic generation of the index.js file?

I'd rather manually create/maintain that in my project to allow me to add logic to it.

I'm on @svgr/cli: v5.5.0

I'm running with command:

npx svgr -d src src --ext js --native --ignore-existing

I tried downgrading to 4.0.0 and there is no index.js that gets generated but unfortunately it means losing other functionality that I need.

Is this possible?
