Hi,

I was working on a composition for a couple of days and was stupidly only saving onto the cloud. Then at one point had to reload the DAW page and after that the 'cloud' section was empty. The composition is gone. Also, if I check my profile, it just says 'error'.

Does this mean the composition is now gone for good? I realise I should've saved it locally as well, I was just working from multiple locations and devices so wasn't thinking saving local versions..

omg... ok im sorry if i download the JSON from the DB then the data is brutally cropped.

Apparently there is a limit of 64kb, 65536 to be precise.. thats weird cause i never put a limit somewhere.
I will fix all that to night..

i will send you a valid JSON with the 64k first bytes

Well... that was not weird at all, the limit was obvious.. now its 16mb, sorry again for the crop..
Your composition is working again, ive just add some } at the end, idk how much was after this point

But still.. the backend side should prevent saving a cropped JSON

Ah ok, thanks. Yeah unfortunately it didn't recover the project, I guess too much was missing from the end, never mind!

Teaches me to keep local copies ;D I did find a day-old version which is not a total loss.

At least we found out a 'bug' in the process 👍

Thanks again for a great app. I subbed on Patreon, sorry it's not much at the moment!
