No generated code reference available for C++ API

Unlike Go or Python no generated code reference is available for C++. I wasn't able to find any documentation regarding generated methods in the C++ API reference as well.

I agree, this is definitely something we should document. We actually have such a doc internally, but we need to make an external version.

Sorry for the late reply. I was busy with classes during the Spring term. I believe @markdroth mentioned that such an internal doc is already available?
