Only 21 searches performed

Hi Gwendal,
This issue is driving me crazy, test it with local machine and digital ocean droplet with axiom and standalone,
when looking for endpoints in any domain, i've only get 21 searches (the language searches), but don't get
the combination with noise.txt words, run a bunch of times with different domains, only seeing a couples of times
doing the full searches.

Did some test, the problem is that the api return 0 results sometimes, but if curl the same query, i get the results.

Find the problem, is rate limiting, any ideas?
