I've already started some branches to add this support to Hapi, but I'd require your help to create these PRs.

This is essential as Chrome's CHIPS is already being rolled out and my company is having issues with it.

Do you have a new or modified API suggestion to solve the problem?

I suggest we create the new option isPartitioned: boolean in hapijs/statehood repository and update dependencies.
