כשלוחצים על רכיב בעמודת "שם מלא" נפתח מעין עמוד ריק שלא ברור מה מטרתו – כלומר, לא רואים את הנוסח המלא של התלונה – אם זו הכוונה. אם הכוונה היא אכן לאפשר כניסה לפירוט המלא של התלונה, צריך להגדיר את הרכיב הזה כקישור או ככפתור סטנדרטי שלחיצה עליו תאפשר לפתוח את נוסח התלונה המלאה
