כאשר משתמש מגיע לעמוד הראשי, עליו לדעת את שם העמוד והשיוך המוסדי לכן, לכל דף אינטרנט צריך שתהייה כותרת מייצגת ב Page Title למשל מוקד סיוע לנפגעי גזענות ואפליה ממסדית הסדנא לידע ציבורי שם העמוד יוצג בפס הכותרת בדפדפן וגם יוקרא למשתמשי טכנולוגיות מסייעות

@akariv please notice this issue TE should include a multi-lingual solution (i.e. each language will have a customized title value).

Please approve/update TE.
