Can't sign the CLA

#479 asked me to sign the CLA, but opening https://cla.hashicorp.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk?pullRequest=479 gives this.

I am using Firefox on Fedora.

Hi @abitrolly 👋 Thank you for raising this and sorry you ran into trouble there. We were informed over the weekend that the CLA service was exhibiting unexpected behaviors due to some GitHub token limits. Would you be able to verify it works as expected now? If you have previously signed the CLI, you should not need to sign it again as it has not changed.
