Feature request: add support (for the upcoming Vault feature) for username templating on AWS Secrets Engine

Hi,

Vault's 1.9 release is going to have support for username templating for AWS Secrets Engine as well (both IAM and STS) (in PR here: hashicorp/vault#12185) - and it'd be great (and quite necessary - as Vault configuration should exist as code! :) ) to have support for this soon after it's launched.

Vault's Database Secrets Backend got support for this in here: #1103 - just as a reference - which was awesome.
