Deleted locations still show in the 'create location - parent location' dropdown box

What is the issue you are experiencing?

after deleting some locations from the default install, when creating new locations, the group to parent location dropbox still lists the deleted locations

Attic and Basement have been deleted but still show up in the drop down

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

new install.. deleted some of the default locations created for a new install.. add a new location
