Prepopulate asset creation dialog with parent asset

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

Currently the process for creating child assets is slightly clunky.
If I click Create -> Asset while on the page of an asset - with the intention of creating a child asset - I have to create a new asset and then edit it and assign the parent asset.
I have two ideas for really speeding up the UI here:

1. When you create an asset when you're on an asset, the system assumes you're creating a child asset
2. Adding a parent asset field to the create -> asset window flow
