First Check

  • This is not a feature request
  • I added a very descriptive title to this issue.
  • I used the GitHub search to find a similar issue and didn't find it.
  • I searched the documentation, with the integrated search.
  • I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.

Homebox Version

What is the issue you are experiencing?

When I create an item I frequently need to manually refresh the asset in order to display the data. Sometimes after navigating to an item I need to refresh the page. Otherwise it looks like it's showing me a new item, but is actually showing an old one - and accidental overwriting of data occurs very easily!

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

  • Create some assets
  • Navigate into one and add photos
  • Don't refresh the tab
  • Navigate to a new asset
  • Refresh the tab
  • You may find that until you manually initiated the refresh you were actually on the "old" asset

Deployment

Docker (Synology)

Deployment Details

FYI:
I believe that this is a known and upstream bug but am adding it here for the benefit of anybody else experiencing it who is very interested in progress towards resolution.
