I noticed that when using this plugin, yy is not yanking into register 0 like it is supposed to. Visual selection -> yank is still putting it in but yy is not.

Confirmed that when manually rebinding nnoremap yy yy, the yanked text is in 0 again, but no flashing lines anymore.
