I recommend checking the docs/example values for this chart. I suspect the extraFlags value requires a different format. But issues here are for issues with the Helm software itself, not individual charts.
I am trying to deploy a standalone redis with bitnami helm chart and activate the redis stream and set the stream-db-max-len to 100
