Windows version

Windows 10 19045

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add new rule
  2. Select Protocol 0
  3. Save rule
  4. Test connect
  5. Check rule

Expected behavior

No response

Actual behavior

"Protocol 0" changes itself to "Any" after saving the rule and blocks all connections. It should also be labeled as HOPOPT.
