[Bug] Simplewall blocks internet access for apps in local network shares?

Windows 10 22H2

Steps to reproduce

• Install Simplewall (default settings)
• mount a network share in you local network e.g. W:
• Try to open an app that is inside the network share that require internet access. (eg. \ip address of nas\folder\app.exe)
• Each time the app requires internet access Simplewall will ask for it (it will ask multiple times, it will not ask one time for each app, It will keep asking each time the same app requires internet access)
• Click allow, the app on network share however will never get internet access

Also if you look in apps in simple wall in notes you can find: "Shared Network app"and "Invalid (file not found or filter problem)"
However the share is working and app is working.

Also if you try to add a new app in simplewall (File.. Add app..) simple wall can not see network shares in the window that opens (even if the network share is clearly available in Explorer and is working fine)

Expected behavior

The app on the network share should be able do access internet
Simplewall should "see" the app

Actual behavior

The app on the network share can not access internet
Simplewall does not "see" the app in the share (while windows 10 explorer can)
