[Bug] Background check .exe causes hard drive to wake up even if the screen is locked #1795

Windows version

Windows 10 22H2 19045.4291

Steps to reproduce

Just set the HDD sleep time - 1-30 minutes, wait for the HDD to go to sleep, and wait for the HDD to wake up due to a simplewall .exe check (see screenshot)

I know that simplewall have settings:
"Monitor apps changing"
"Check apps for sha-256"
"Check apps for digital signatures"

But I don't want to disable it - more usable for me is add option "Don't monitor apps changing when my screen locked or monitor disabled" because I don't want to disable this settings when I work at PC and maybe it should be disabled by default for hard drives for ordinary users because they don't know about it with high probability

Expected behavior

Don't automatically check the .exe in the background when screen is locked

Actual behavior

Even screen is locked the program periodically wakes the hard drive from sleep by accessing the file system, I also catched simplewall using FileActivityWatch (NIR soft):
