connect.defaults({withRef: true}) doesn't work as documented #197

connect.options({withRef: true}) did seem to work, and updated the component in meta in then: callbacks

I can confirm that only this works:

connect.options({ withRef: true })(() => ({
    postLogin: credentials => ({
      loginResponse: {
        url: urls.login,
        method: 'POST',
        body: credentials,
        then(value, meta) {
          console.log(meta);
        },
      },
    }),
  }))
