Is there a way to plot loops as arcs if my computed loops is in bedgraph format? I noticed that .bed.beddb files can be plotted as 1-d arcs.

Hi, I just wanted to follow up on my question, I tried converting my .bedgraph loop files to .bed but I feel that causes a loss of information. Is there any other way to represent loops as arcs.
