HiGlass only displays certain examples

Commit:

I am running Ubuntu Linux with Chrome (Version 119.0.6045.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on a desktop computer with 32 GB RAM, Intel Core i9-10900K processor, and PNY Quadro M2000 4GB video card, using higlass-manage 0.8.2.

After installing docker, I ran:
sudo usermod -aG docker [username]
newgrp docker

Steps to reproduce

1. Simply visit any of the example pages.

Observed behavior

• Only certain example Hi-C contact matrices display.
• The sample downloaded via https://pkerp.s3.amazonaws.com/public/dixon2012-h1hesc-hindiii-allreps-filtered.1000kb.multires.cool -O /tmp/sample.mcool DOES display.
• The dark mode example DOES display.
• Several examples I have tried do NOT display: https://higlass.io/app/?config=OPPFtzbuR76vtUIshTEOGA, https://higlass.io/app/?config=MSHhOBbOSW6iIovB5yk6BA (note that the map DOES display, just not the contact matrix in this example), https://higlass.io/app/?config=IPCHmdOQR4CDY2sqj5VJHQ, and https://higlass.io/app/?config=Tf2-ublRTey9hiBKMlgzwg. These load the genomic coordinates on the axes surrounding the display area and say "Loading...", but no contact matrix ever appears. I checked my system performance and CPU usage is near zero, suggesting that this isn't just an issue of slow loading.

Expected behavior

• I expect all example Hi-C contact matrices to display.
