Right now, the shader works perfectly in stretch mode: 2d but gets weird effects in stretch mode: viewport. I don't even know it it's possible.

So the first problem has to do with the Moiré effect, in stretch mode: viewport it gets worse and it seems to be dependent of the resolution/number of grille lines/scan lines.

The second problem involves the distortion. Look how the center of image is sharp and crystal clear and the image that is distorted is blurry.
