If this was done intentionally - then probably this is not a bug and should be transformed to a Discussion.
Before 2024.4 - there was a nameless column for a "disabled" flag:
2024.5 (and probably 2024.4) - no column is shown:
Although a similar column is shown for Entities:
So, currently there is no way to differ active device & disabled device.
Column for "disabled" flag is shown in Devices table.
